To get started, enter your Member Number and Password at the top of the page. (Just complete our simple enrollment process online to select your password and activate your online banking service prior to initial log-on.)

For AOL users: Older versions of AOL, including some versions of AOL 3.0, do not support a SSL (secure socket layer) or digital certificate. BAYFEDONLINE uses both and will be inaccessible to anyone using an older version of AOL. You should upgrade your version of AOL before attempting to use BAYFEDONLINE.

Just dial 831.479.6000 (888.4BAYFED outside Santa Cruz County) and enter your BAYPHONE PIN to:

To get started, contact a friendly Member Service Representative at 831.479.6000 or 888.4BAYFED to receive a temporary PIN. This temporary PIN should be changed upon logging in to BayPhone for the first time. Simply follow the system's prompts to select a PIN of your own.
